How to Set Up Your LPR-T1 Device
Connect the LPR-T1 to Power:
The LPR-T1 uses a Micro USB port for power. You can use any standard Micro USB cable.
It can be plugged into a USB wall adapter, car charger, portable power bank, or even a USB port on your computer.
Power Requirements: The LPR-T1 requires a stable 5V power supply that provides at least 500mA for proper operation.
Wait for the Device to Boot Up:
Once connected to power, wait for 30 seconds for the device to boot and initialize its offline Access Point (AP).
Open the SecureWave App:
Launch the SecureWave app on your mobile device. If you don’t have it installed, download it from the App Store.
Follow the on-screen prompts to begin the setup process.
Connect to the SecureWave Wi-Fi Network:
Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and look for the network named SecureWave.
Select the SecureWave network. You may see a "No Internet Connection" warning—this is normal since the LPR-T1 operates offline.
Once connected, return to the SecureWave app to proceed with the setup.

iPhone/iPad Users:
Ensure that you are connected to the SecureWave Wi-Fi network. Open Settings > Wi-Fi and select SecureWave from the list of available networks.

Disable "Auto-Join" for other known networks:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the i icon next to other Wi-Fi networks.
Turn off Auto-Join to prevent your device from switching away from the SecureWave network.

Disable Private Wi-Fi Address to ensure a stable connection.
If you are having trouble connecting, try forgetting the SecureWave network:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap the i icon next to SecureWave.
Select Forget This Network and then reconnect manually.
Ensure "Low Data Mode" is turned off, as it may interfere with the connection:
Open Settings > Wi-Fi > i icon next to SecureWave.
Disable Low Data Mode.
Android Users:
Make sure you are connected to the SecureWave Wi-Fi network. Open Settings > Wi-Fi and select SecureWave.
Ignore any "No Internet" warning. This is normal since SecureWave is an offline Access Point.
Disable "Smart Network Switch" or "Auto Network Switch":
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced.
Turn off Smart Network Switch (Samsung) or Auto Network Switch (other devices).
If your phone keeps disconnecting, disable "Wi-Fi Optimization":
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced.
Turn off Wi-Fi Optimization.
Forget the SecureWave network and reconnect:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and long-press SecureWave.
Select Forget Network and connect again manually.
Ensure your phone's "Data Saver" is turned off, as it may prevent proper connection:

Disable Data Saver.
General Tips:
Ensure that the SecureWave device is powered on and in range. Wait 30 seconds after powering it on to allow the Access Point to initialize.
If you can't see the SecureWave Wi-Fi network, try restarting your phone's Wi-Fi:
Turn off Wi-Fi in your phone’s settings, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Move closer to the SecureWave device if you are having trouble connecting, as signal strength may be weak at a distance.
